This gorgeous chubby citrine gem from Africa is so unique in its make up. It measures 2 inches by 1 inch.
It has a fissure that runs through it which occurred during the growth of the crystal.
You can feel it on one of the faces and looking closely at it - I think this is where “dirt” managed to penetrate it during its growth.
I think it makes it widely unique and quite fascinating - but I have discounted the piece as some people might not see it as perfect.
Hangs from a 30 inch sterling silver chain - which includes the crystal length.
